Was out for a walk, just looking for a drink and some light food. And a place to sit and work a little bit. I was so happy to find this place! It was early, so it was fairly quiet which was perfect. I ended up eating more than I had planned because the food looked great and I couldn't decide! I especially loved the kale salad, and fillet. Fillet had roasted garlic a pepper sauce, and fries on the side which was perfect. The staff was also very friendly. I could practice my very limited Chinese a little bit, but the staff speaks better English than I can speak Chinese, so they could always rescue me if I don't have the words! I will add this to my list if must-gos when I am in town.

My husband and I decided to check out this restaurant as we were staying at the W Taipei nearby, and it was excellent! Coming off of a week-long tour of Taiwan filled with delicious traditional food, we were craving something a bit more current. We're so glad we stumbled upon Range Bistrokaya. As someone with Taiwanese-American heritage, I really wanted to go somewhere exciting, and this fit the bill. Everything was cooked to perfection with some Taiwanese inspiration, and the service is impeccable. We loved everything about it and hope others will, too.

A variety of cocktails you can choose from. Including selected and tea cocktail as well as floral herb and seasonal edition. I ordered Long Island 2.0 which was full-bodied and great. I love it! Their wine menu was showed online(google album), I thought it was a little bit inconvenient. Food was tasty but small portion. Noisy and crowded environment.

First time here and this is one of my favorite restaurants in Taipei! Food quality, ingredients, and service are top-notch. Highly recommended: scallop uni rice, fried oyster, truffle egg pineapple bun, fried abalone!

This place is the place to be. Crazy crab dish on the menu! Must try. The tea cocktail nr 2 is also hitting the perfect taste notes! Great staff and fast service! Must visit!

Chanced upon Range on my way from the hotel to a supermarket. The interesting sliding door made from a shipping container door caught my eye. The huge Kirin mural/poster outside helped too. I had the thick cut gutan and "cherry blossom" pork cubes, together with a.serving of truffle fries. The gutan and pork cubes were gorgeous. Nicely grilled and presented well. The spring onion sesame oil brought out the freshness in the gutan, a quick splash of lime and it was perfect. Perhaps because they were served together, when I got to the pork cubes they were a tad dry, but still flavourful. Got me a bar seat since I was alone. Bartender seems to be constantly buying concocting. I had happy hour 1-for-1 beer and a rainbow cocktail shot. Definitely a place I'll come back to on my next trip to Taipei

A quite chill atmosphere here. Food’s great! I don’t drink alcohol, so no comments on their drinks. Their fruit tea’s good tho!
